Garden Consultation & Written Summary
$195
Best for: Homeowners who need expert advice, problem-solving and clear next steps.
Includes:
• On-site review of your property and priorities
• Discussion of plant health, layout and garden challenges
• Practical recommendations based on your site and lifestyle
• Written summary with suggested next steps
Does not include: Drawings, visual concepts or a scaled landscape plan.
Mood Board & Concept Package
Starting at $360 after consultation
Best for: Homeowners who need help seeing the overall style and direction of their future garden.
Includes:
• Visual inspiration and design direction
• Suggested planting style and colour palette
• Representative plant and material selections
• Conceptual image overlays where appropriate
Does not include: Exact measurements, plant quantities, placement plans or contractor-ready drawings.
Full Landscape Design
Starting at $720 after consultation
Best for: Homeowners who need a detailed plan they can complete in phases or provide to a landscape contractor.
Includes:
• Scaled base plan and proposed landscape layout
• Planting plan with plant selections and specifications
• Material and design recommendations
• Up to two reasonable revision rounds
• Final digital landscape plan
Design work is billed at $90 per hour with an eight-hour minimum.
Does not include: Installation, contractor pricing, engineering or irrigation design.
Garden Assessment & Rehabilitation Plan
Best for gardens that are struggling, overgrown or no longer working well.
This service includes an on-site review of plant health, growing conditions, soil concerns, drainage, watering practices, maintenance needs and problem areas.
Basic testing may include soil pH, nutrients, salinity, moisture or percolation where appropriate.
You will receive:
• Recommendations for what to keep, remove, relocate or replace
• Priorities for improving the garden
• Plant-health and soil recommendations
• A practical, phased rehabilitation plan
This service does not include pesticide application, laboratory diagnosis, arborist reports or irrigation design.
Additional Project Support
Plant Selection, Sourcing & Staging
Best for clients who have a Wise Roots consultation or design and need help choosing the right plants.
This service may include:
• Finalizing plant selections
• Confirming plant sizes and quantities
• Checking nursery availability
• Recommending suitable substitutions
• Coordinating plant purchases
• Staging plants in their intended locations before installation
Plants are selected according to sunlight, soil, water needs, mature size, maintenance level and the overall garden plan.
Delivery and planting are quoted separately.
Planting & Project Support
Best for clients who need help moving from the plan into the installation stage.
Support may include:
• Small planting projects
• On-site plant placement
• Garden-bed preparation and amendments
• Installation guidance
• Contractor handoff and clarification
• Site visits during installation
• Coordination with insured trades when required
This service is offered selectively according to project size, scheduling and physical requirements.
Routine maintenance, irrigation work, major excavation, tree removal and large hardscape construction are not included.
